I absolutely love the floor and have enjoyed doing business with both you and the crew of New York Custom Hardwood Floors. You, Mike, Chris, Joe, and young Mike were all very professional and focused. You addressed concerns promptly and reassured me when any issues arose.

I was particularly impressed with your handling of all the details for me. On a Friday, you notified me of the delivery time and arrived shortly thereafter. You also scheduled a date and time for Mike's crew to come and do the install that very next Monday; a task I thought I would have to take care of thus having to wait two to three more weeks to fit into their schedule.
